This painting represents a watershed moment in my life. I was no longer afraid of going to bed. After three weeks on cenobamate, the nighttime seizures that had plagued me for three decades began to subside. Finally, I was able to fall asleep without having a major seizure. When I awoke, they were still present but less aggressive, and I wasn't yet in the therapeutic range, so fingers crossed.
It also includes Magenta, the Pantone colour of the year.
This piece is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
