Sometimes, inspiration strikes in unexpected ways. After a hiatus from the studio, I returned to my canvas waiting, but the original vision had shifted. So I embraced the unexpected and covered it in a vibrant array of acrylic spray paints. Thus creating a truly unique base layer. The name “Breakthrough” holds a deeper meaning for me - it reflects both the positive and negative aspects of my journey. While I’ve been experiencing breakthrough seizures, I remain hopeful for a breakthrough in treatment. Here’s to art, resilience and the pursuit of breakthroughs in every form.

The painting is being sold unframed and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

It will be sent wrapped in glassine paper to protect the front, corner protectors held on by cling wrap, encased in a waterproof bubble wrap and packaged in double-walled cardboard.
