The painting of my first big canvas 'Unity' giving me space to move and freedom   to explore this is where I felt at home.

A bouquet of flowers from my big sister inspired the colours of this fluid acrylic pour painting; although I moved on from the wasteful messy pours pretty quickly.

The deep rich colours of 'True Friendship'. Painted after a long telephone call with a friend who knows exactly what I'm going through in life, because she is too. Someone who only needs me to mention a word and she's there empathising.

Working on a commission: this painting's colours matched those in the Persian rug in the client's living room, so that when it was hung above the sofa there was a feeling of cohesiveness and warmth, even though it was a rental property.

When My Art Met Beer!
I was thrilled to receive this little video clip from Kevin at Hidden River Brewing.

This is how it all started. A collaboration with a microbrewery who champion artists, by printing their work onto the labels. #artforall #makingartaccessible

For art enthusiasts and beer lovers alike. I've got something truly unique brewing in the art world. Picture this: my abstract paintings, transformed into labels for beer cans (and wine bottles) by a micro brewery in Pennsylvania. It's like a match made in creative heaven, even if I won't be able to see them in person. Now, you might be wondering, "Why beer labels?" Well, art comes in all shapes and sizes, and what better way to showcase my abstract artwork than on the labels of delicious brews? It's a fusion of two passions, creating a visual feast for your eyes and a tasty treat for your taste buds. Each label is a mini masterpiece, carefully crafted to capture the essence of my abstract paintings. The vibrant colours, the dynamic brushstrokes, and the mesmerizing patterns all come together to create a label that's as captivating as the beer inside. It's like a work of art within a work of art. Mind-blowing, right? But wait, there's more! Not only do these labels add a touch of artistic flair to your beer collection, but they also support a meaningful cause. With each purchase, a percentage of the proceeds goes towards a charitable organization that means a lot to me, The National Brain Appeal. So, while you're sipping on your favorite brew, you're also making a positive impact in the world. Cheers to that! Now, I know you're probably itching to get your hands on these one-of-a-kind beer labels. Unfortunately, I won't be able to see them in person, but you can! Just head over to Hidden River micro brewery in Pennsylvania and indulge in the visual feast that awaits you. Trust me, it's an experience you won't want to miss. So, whether you're an art lover, a beer connoisseur, or just someone who appreciates the beauty in the unexpected, these quirky artwork labels for beer are a must-have. They're a conversation starter, a collector's item, and a way to support a meaningful cause all rolled into one!

At the beginning of 2024 I was contacted by a film director, Sabine Khawaji and invited to do an interview. Sabine was about to start filming 'Epilepsy The Movie'and wanted to speak with other creatives who have the condition.
